Professional Experience:
Mark joins the Vandergriff Group consulting staff with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on quality. Mr. Pelletier's primary areas of practice have focused on Healthcare and a variety of commercial projects including a wide variety of project sizes and situations. His extensive experience allows him to perform often in the role of a Project Manager and Architect usually serving both positions on most building types. This combination has given him the experience as a team leader and producer of all aspects of a project from initial contact, preliminary design, construction document production, regulatory agency permitting, construction administration and final acceptance of the job on projects ranging to $25 Million.
Mr. Pelletier is experienced in the personnel and financial management of the projects and the negotiation of contracts with consultants. Mark has a great record of bringing projects in at mandated budgets while delivering jobs on time. His experience also includes extensive building code knowledge and the ability to work with regulatory agencies. He is known as a skilled technical detailer and understands the building systems thoroughly while carrying both LEED and NCARB certification.
