This key downtown church project consists of master site planning, closing of Ohio Avenue for one block and integrating properties into one campus. Renovations included eight existing preschool classrooms, a two story addition of four general classrooms that changed traditional educational space into an innovative teaching environment, exterior entrances, main facade, plus renovations and enhancements to the pedestrian walkways and parking lots. Additions included an Atrium Enclosure for much-needed expansion into Child Education Areas, and Administrative Offices.
