This facility was designed to intentionally house more
than one non-profit organization for the purpose of creating economic efficiencies,
increasing collaborative processes and better serving the community. We started with an existing two-story office
building and the project scope included the demolition of 96% of the existing
interior partitions as required to accommodate a much different kind of owner
than previous owners. The renovations to
the building include new mechanical systems, new plumbing and new electrical
power and lighting throughout; including all new energy efficient LED lighting. The facility provides two board rooms, two
conference rooms, one large community room and one training/meeting room. The building also has a unique commercial
kitchen and serving areas
